How Can I Book a Room?

To book a room, follow these steps: Choose your preferred location, select the room type that suits you, and pick your desired dates. You'll then be directed to the checkout page. Complete your personal information and make the required deposit and service fee payment. Once this is done, your room is secured, and you're all set for a seamless booking.

How Does Rent Payment Work at Woon Easy?

Paying for your room at Woon Easy is straightforward. When you make your booking, you'll pay a deposit and a service fee. The deposit secures your room, and your first rent payment is due on the day you move in. For example, if you book a room from March 1 to September 30 and it's currently January 15, you'll pay the deposit now. The first rent payment is due anytime until March 1, which is when you'll receive your apartment keys.

What Is the Verification Process for Booking?

The verification process is an important step. After submitting your booking, you'll receive instructions to verify your identity, provide proof of study or work, confirm your address, and submit necessary guarantor documents. We do this to ensure that everyone joining our co-living community is a good fit.

How Can I Visit a Room Before Booking?

We understand you want to see your potential room. To visit a room before booking, use the link on our website to schedule a tour. You can choose between virtual or in-person tours based on your preference.

What Is Required for Booking?

Booking with Woon Easy involves several steps. You'll need to complete the verification process by providing a photo ID, proof of study or work, proof of address, and guarantor documents. Once verified, you'll pay the deposit as listed during the booking process. If you're a student, we require proof of study instead of work. This entire process can be completed online for your convenience.

What Is Proof of Guarantor?

Proof of guarantor is a crucial part of booking. It shows you have a guarantor who promises to secure the tenancy agreement. A guarantor can be a family member (like a parent, spouse, or relative) who commits to covering your rent in case you can't make a payment.

Why Can't I Select Specific Move-In Dates?

Move-in dates can only be set for the beginning or end of a month. If you have a specific date in mind outside of these options, contact us at booking@Woon Easy.com, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

How Can My Friend and I Rent an Apartment Together?

Can I Meet My Roommates Before Moving In?

In most cases, you'll be assigned to your room on move-in day. Don't worry; our housing coordinators will introduce you to your roommates to make your transition smooth.

Is the Furniture Deposit Refundable?

Rest assured, the furniture deposit is subject to a refund. You can expect your deposit to be returned within 21 business days after the conclusion of your rooming agreement term, given that all contractual responsibilities have been fulfilled and any mandatory fees have been duly deducted. What Is the Service Fee for Woon Easy?

The service fee is an essential non-refundable administrative charge. Its purpose is to defray the expenses linked to your application process, verification, screening, and the meticulous preparation of your contract when reserving a place at Woon Easy.

Payment & Stay Options

How is Rent Payment Structured?

At Woon Easy, we offer a flexible rent payment structure. Your rent is due every 4 weeks, and a customized payment plan will be created to make your stay hassle-free. For instance, if you have selected a room at a rate of $250 per week, and your total stay duration is 16 weeks, your payments will be organized into 4 convenient installments, each totaling $1000.

Can I Change My Room Type?

Changing your room type is possible, subject to availability. It may also involve an additional cleaning fee for approval. Feel free to reach out to our booking team for assistance and information on room type changes.

How Can I Extend My Stay at Woon Easy?

Extending your stay at Woon Easy is simple. Just provide us with a written request, ideally with a 30-day notice. Extensions are subject to availability, and we do our best to accommodate them. Contact our team for further details on extending your stay.

How Many Roommates Will I Have?

In our co-living spaces, you'll share your apartment with other roommates. The number of roommates typically totals three (3), although the exact number depends on the apartment layout and location.

Do I Have a Private Bathroom?

By default, our rooms come with shared bathrooms. For those seeking more privacy, we offer master rooms with private bathrooms and entire apartment options in specific locations.

How Many Roommates Share the Same Bathroom?

In most cases, you'll share a bathroom with 2 other roommates, depending on the apartment layout. Some apartments feature a master room with a private bathroom, subject to availability.

Is There a Common Living Room?

We have a small dining area near the kitchen.

Is a Kitchen Included?

Absolutely! All our apartments include a fully furnished shared kitchen with a small dining area, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and appliances.

Is Internet Included?

Each resident enjoys an unlimited Wi-Fi internet connection, included in the rental price. Additionally, Woon Easy provides rooms with fresh bed linens and a deep cleaning before move-in. Residents are expected to leave the room in the same condition, including replacing bed linens and completing deep move-out cleaning.

Is There a Laundry Facility?

Yes, all our locations offer either in-unit or on-site laundry facilities.

Is Parking Available?

Are There Locks on the Doors?

To ensure the security of our co-living units and comply with fire code requirements, we do not place locks on individual doors. Your safety is our top priority.
